AR application to provide a better spatial understanding to project stakeholders at various design stages
iiterate Technologies executed an interior design project for LASA Consultancy with a custom XR application. LASA consultancy is an organization offering financial consultancy services to industry leaders and organizations across North India. They wanted an interior space for their office that reflects the company’s values and virtues.
The team at iiterate Technologies developed a custom application in Unity3D that allowed them to map the final design in 1:1 scale - anchored and aligned to the site. This created a powerful mixed reality experience on mobile devices. This allowed designers to virtually visit the site without traveling physically and greatly aided the design process.
As the designers used the application, they found that it had the potential to save time in visualization for the client and other stakeholders as well. In realizing this potential, the cost for visualization was nullified and value was added to the project at multiple fronts.
